research novel user interfaces and interaction techniques with a focus on
information management and data-mining.
* Oversaw development of a prototype leveraging keyword extraction
and clustering of a person's email, providing dynamic categorization
of their
content. Created scenarios, wireframes, UI design and managed
usability testing.
* Submitted a paper to CHI 2005 discussing the
prototype usability study and results.

Responsible for delivering world-class user
experiences for a wide range of mediums - including Tablet PC, web,
and other emerging technologies with internal and external Microsoft
customers.
* Provided user workflow analysis, information
architecture and user interface design for a medical application
that merged 13 existing applications into a cohesive user
experience. The project enhanced the communication and workflow of
the patient encounter, increasing overall practice efficiency.

Provided information architecture, visual design and project
management for a proof-of-concept prototype developed for the 2002
HIMSS medical conference. The prototype showcased Tablet PC
technology and its integration with a doctor's traditional
workflow.

* Responsible for information architecture and user

* Worked directly with

collateral.

and wrapped several hundred gifts during the night shift for two
